NEC 2026 – Student Travel Awards

We are excited to support student participation at the Neuroergonomics Conference (NEC 2026) through a limited number of travel awards.

Who Can Apply?

• Students with an accepted abstract who demonstrate a need for travel support
• Open to Undergraduate, Master’s, Doctoral students, and in exceptional cases, postdoctoral trainees

Award Details:

National Awards for Students at U.S. Institutions
• Full Registration Waiver ($300)

International Awards for Students at Institutions Outside the U.S.
• Full Registration Waiver ($300)
• Up to 3 nights at BU on-campus housing (~$300)
• Additional nights are self-funded

Selection Based On:

• Financial need
• Scientific contribution and impact
• Contribution to the neuroergonomics field
• Role (priority to presenting authors)

Decisions by: May 10, 2026
