Exhibitor room dates and hours are:
Tuesday July 14 – 8:00 (move in) am to 5 pm
Wednesday July 15 – 8:30 am to 5 pm
Thursday July 16 – 8:30 am to 4 pm
You are welcome to be present during any/all of this timeframe. There will be a set up window of time on Monday July 13 from 2-5 pm or you can set up on the morning of Tuesday July 14 when the room opens at 8 am (or anytime after). We will be able to move items into an adjacent locked room overnight if needed.
Your exhibit space allocation is the 6 ft table area, you will be limited in adjacent space to display other items so please keep this in mind when planning your exhibit as we are not a traditional trade show/convention. We provide standard power and 2 chairs.
The exhibit tables and posters are in the same room, encouraging foot traffic.
If you are arranging your own delivery:
The George Sherman Union has a loading dock and a side door on University Rd, which is on the corner of 775 Commonwealth Ave and University Rd. Commonwealth Ave is a very busy road. You can temporarily park on University Rd to drop off and then you can park for the duration of the conference at Agganis Arena Parking Garage 925 Commonwealth Ave (12 min walk to George Sherman Union).
